Boobaé Pasties – Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your Boobaé Pasties. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Below are our simple and friendly return and refund policies.
U.S. Return Guidelines
Return Window:
You have up to 30 days from the order date to request a return.
Item Condition:
Because our products are intimate wear, returns are only accepted if the pasties are unused, unworn, and sealed in original packaging.
Return Shipping:
If your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label. It’s valid for 10 days, so be sure to send it out within that timeframe.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days after processing for the refund to appear in your account. Timing depends on your financial institution.
If you used a Boobaé Pasties gift card, we’ll return the refund to that gift card.
